Every household hit by flooding in Sakarya to receive 10,000 lira cash support

The Sakarya Governor's Office announced that each household damaged by the flood will receive a 10,000 lira payment from funds provided by the Ministry of Family and Social Services.

Households that suffered damage after the flood in Sakarya will receive a cash support payment of 10,000 lira. The Sakarya Governor's Office announced that the support funds, provided by the Ministry of Family and Social Services, have been transferred.

Payments coordinated by district governorships

According to the Governor's Office statement, funds have been transferred for households identified by the relevant institutions in the districts as damaged by the flood. The payments will be delivered to affected citizens under the coordination of district governorships.

Assessment work continues

The Governor's Office said field assessment and inspection work is ongoing. Cash support payments will also continue for other households later identified as affected by the flood.

The statement conveyed wishes of recovery to all citizens affected by the flood and stressed that the state, with all its institutions, continues to stand by them.
