Old Footage Attributed to Bursa Fire Department Resurfaces: Car Lifted by Pressurized Water

Footage claimed to have been filmed in Bursa in 2006 and carried out by the fire department shows pressurized water lifting a car about 4 metres. The location and date are unverified.

Footage claimed to have been filmed in Bursa in 2006 and carried out by the Bursa fire department has resurfaced. It shows pressurized water sprayed from fire hoses lifting a car about 4 metres off the ground.

Resurfaced after Tesla post

After Tesla CEO Elon Musk shared moments of the new-generation Tesla Roadster lifting off the ground with air thrusters and doing a flip, users shared the old footage again. It was compared with Tesla's flying car showcase, and users responded to the video with humorous comments.

In the footage, a red car is briefly lifted off the ground by the force of the water from the hoses. The car is said to have been heavily damaged as it fell. The location and date of the recording have not yet been verified.
