Sergen Yalçın, who reached an agreement with the Turkish Football Federation, announced on a YouTube program that he has become head coach of the national football team. Saying "There have been serious developments in the last 2-3 days," Yalçın added: "May it be auspicious for all of us, and for the country."
This is a very important job. The crescent and star is above everything. It is the place every coach wants to come to. Being the people's coach is wonderful. For me it is also a source of pride and happiness. With everyone's support, God willing, a successful national team road awaits us.
